About the Department
The Department of Economics was established in the academic year 2018-2019, and offering B.A Economics programme with a sanctioned strength of 60 students. The faculty strength of the department is 4 and 3 are doctoral degree holders. It has well qualified, experienced and dedicated members of staff who make remarkable contributions for the growth and success of the department. The faculties have rich research experience with publications in National and International journals. The department is disseminating the students many skill-based education with innovative syllabi enabling either to pursue their higher education or job opportunities. The Department makes every possible effort to impart valued teaching to mould the students from rural area.
